The humble pie has its origins in the New Stone Age about 9500BC. Thankfully, evolution and baking techniques have allowed us to manipulate the basic recipe. Called many different things through history, including "coffyns" and "traps", the modern pie is still designed to be enjoyed as food on the move. Hand crafted with love and care, each Fournos Pie is generously filled and baked fresh daily.
