Fat Powders

Our range of fat powders includes five very cost-effective products, manufactured from fully refined deodorized and selectively non hydrogenated palm oils.

Spry 45 Dairy Free, and Bakefat are for bakeries, Nutrifat and Nufat are used to create a good mouth feel in soups, sauces, nutritional shakes and chocolate drinks. Whipping fat is used mostly in toppings and cream.

Sunspray Spry 45 Dairy Freeis a high-fat (74%) spray-dried powder with a 45 degree C melting point, fatty acid free and does not contain any dairy ingredients.

Sunspray Bakefatis a high-fat powder with a melting point of 38 Degree C - widely used in bakery pre-mixes for bread and soft rolls.

Sunspray Nutrifatis a fine white-to-cream powder based on vegetable fat with a maltodextrin carrier and emulsifiers. It contains 50% fat and melts at 52 Degrees C.

Sunspray Nufat 38is a fat powder with an approximate 80% fat content, and it has a melting point of 38 Degrees C

Sunspray Whipping Fatis a free flowing powder with 200% overrun. We make it by spray-drying vegetable fat with a maltodextrin carrier plus emulsifiers.

All the fat powders are produced from non hydrogenated vegetable fats.
