We handcraft all Fournos bread and infuse it with our passion for baking. Flour and water may be the two primary ingredients of bread dating back to ancient times but mastering the art of baking yields plenty of delicious bread choices from our baker's hands. The breads we make include: Italian, French, whole wheat, rye (seeded or unseeded), soya rye, 100 rye, Farmhouse French (Round), Portuguese, Health, Kitke, and Sandwich Loaf (white or brown), and a variety of focaccia.
