Description
- No matter what the requirement, Filmatic has a bottle unscrambler that will fulfill your needs. Operating speeds are determined according to container height, diameter, shape and characteristics.
- Containers are fed in bulk into the unscrambler cowl by an even feed elevator.
- Feed is electronically controlled according to demand to ensure optimum volume of containers in the cowl for gentle handling and excellent efficiency.
- Containers move by gravity on an inclined disk assisted by controlled air jets into purpose designed selectors before falling through the funnels in an upright position onto the vacuum discharge conveyor or discharge starwheel.
- Discharge to bottom handling conveyor or neck handling airveyor.
- Speed ranges from 40BPM to 300 BPM.
- Bottle heights range from 50mm to 350mm.
